Answers to some of our most frequent questions...

• We deliver balloons to North Houston, Spring, The Woodlands, Humble and Kingwood.
• All helium filled latex balloons are treated with Hi-Float to last for several days.
• We offer a huge selection of unique designs, some of which are not available at local party stores.
• We use only professional grade balloons that are made here in the USA.
• All designs are made by a Certified Balloon Artist.

• It is best to order when you start planning the event.
• Ordering 3 weeks or more prior to the event is ideal.  Orders within 2 weeks or less is considered last minute.
• Ordering early secures your time on our calendar and delivery schedule.  
• Supplies are ordered for events 2 weeks in advance to avoid shipping delays (bad weather, wrong product received, lost package, etc). 
• Most customers order 1 to 3 months in advance for small parties and 6 to 12 months in advance for large events.

• Most customers think "it's only a bag of balloons".  However many balloon decor designs are made with balloons in multiple colors and with multiple balloon sizes (more than 1 bag of balloons). 
• We use only professional grade balloons. They cost a bit more, but it's worth it.
• All designs are made with equipment specifically designed for creating balloon decor.
• Time and skills required to create unique balloon décor is also a factor. A Pop Of Color has invested hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars over the years in continued education in the balloon industry. 
• Tiffany has completed the training and rigorous testing to become a Certified Balloon Artist.

Final payment for all orders is due 3 weeks prior to the event. Credit card payments are processed by Square, so you can trust it's secure!

We know things come up or plans change.  Refunds for order changes or cancellations will be issued as follows:

• Full refund 21 days prior to the delivery date.
• Partial refund 20 days or less prior to the delivery date. Please keep in mind this time has been reserved for your order and supplies have been ordered.
• Refunds are processed via Square and they  will deduct a 3% processing fee.

Of course!  Custom printing is available on latex and foil balloons.

• Artwork must be in Adobe Illustrator EPS format.

Did you know a balloon's ideal temperature is 72 degrees?  Exposure to extreme temps can affect the performance of latex and foil balloons. 

• Cold temps can cause the balloons to look deflated; in most cases the helium will expand when moved to a warmer temperature.
• High temps can cause helium to expand causing balloons to leak or pop. Use of balloons outside in the Texas heat can be unfavorable. 
• Wind can be tricky, even for properly secured balloons.
• Raindrops can weigh balloons down and affect their ability to float.  When the rain stops the float ability should return to normal, but the balloons will have water spots.
• Humidity is an issue for our area.  Have you noticed latex balloons instantly change from shiny to a satin velvet look?  Humidity causes balloons oxidize, they will maintain the shiny appearance a little longer indoors than when used outside.

For these reasons, we do not specialize in balloon décor for outdoor use. A Pop Of Color is not responsible for balloon performance due to climate.

Yes! 

• We use Qualatex latex balloons in our bouquets and arrangements.  It takes a while, but they break down  in about the same amount of time as an oak leaf.   Click here to read more!
• Balloon ribbon or curling ribbon is not biodegradable or recyclable.  However, it can be reused.  To keep it from getting tangled, wrap it around an empty toilet paper roll and secure with tape.
• Foil balloons are not biodegradable and can not be recycled.  They can be reused as long as the valve is not damaged!
