About the designer

Background

A Pop Of Color (formerly A Cherished Moment) is located in Spring Texas and has been delivering festive balloon bouquets and custom balloon decor to north Houston and surrounding areas since 2008. Tiffany grew up in the wedding industry and learned at a very early age about the hard work and effort that goes into planning a special event. Many weekends were spent watching her mother make wedding cakes and floral arrangements. She continues to use some of those skills today in her business.

Education

With a long background in Accounting, Tiffany had a desire for work that is creative and exciting. Thinking about work done in the past, she remebered working with balloons at her mother's gift shop. She re-discovered the Qualatex brand of balloons and the recent changes in the industry. It was so intriguing, she attended her first professional balloon training event in 2008 to learn more. The designs looked amazing and learning how to create them (hands-on) was intimidating and exciting.

In 2010, she joined the Qualatex Balloon Network (QBN) which is a program designed to educate balloon professionals on all aspects of their business. As a member of the QBN, Tiffany has learned many techniques and how to use equipment designed to create custom balloon arrangements.

The Certified Balloon Artist (CBA) Program is the only certification available for balloon professionals. Tiffany completed the program in 2016 consisting of a series of written exams and a nail biting practical exam to earn her CBA designation! Want to verify her certification?
